SHOW SOME CHARITY TO GREYHOUNDS

Show Some Charity to Greyhounds is a new Greyhound Action campaign aimed at persuading charities not to use greyhound racing for fundraising purposes. When charities organise fundraising trips to the dogs, this makes it more difficult to persuade the public to boycott greyhound racing, as it helps give the dog racing industry a respectable image, which it clearly does not deserve.

The campaign has already been successful in persuading Caravan, a grocery-trade charity involving many major supermarkets and food suppliers, to end their annual fundraising night at the dogs.
